Dessert COCONUT SHEET CAKE

 

1 Duncan Hines® white cake mix, prepared and baked in a sheet cake pan.

2-6 oz. pkgs. frozen coconut      8 oz. Cool Whip®

1 cup milk                                  1 cup sugar

 

Combine milk, sugar and 1 pkg. coconut. Bring to a good boil.  Pour over baked 
cake while it is still hot.  Let cake cool completely.  Mix Cool Whip with ½ 
pkg. coconut and cover cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut. Refrigerate.  Keeps 
well in freezer or refrigerator.
