What a great response! The one from the NFB with the markings for the minutes is probably the one I will
check into.

I also ordered the sliceomatic from Amazon. I will let you know how it works.

I have a tactile 60-minute timer that I got from NFB several years ago
   that
has each minute marked. I much prefer it to the ones that have markings
   at
     every two and a half minutes.
