Buttermilk Cornbread
Serves 6
Ingredients
.
2-3 cups - buttermilk
1 - egg
3 tablespoons - baking powder
2 teaspoons - salt
1 cup - flour
2 cups - cornmeal
Directions
.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into preheated iron skillet and bake at
350 degrees until the top is golden brown.

I have a tactile 60-minute timer that I got from NFB several

has each minute marked. I much prefer it to the ones that have
