EASY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 

 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding in mix)

4 eggs

3/4 c. water

1/3 c. vegetable oil

1/3 c. creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 c. Hershey semi sweet chocolate chips

1/4 c. chopped, unsalted peanuts

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour 13"x9" pan. Prepare cake 
batter according to package directions using water, eggs and oil. Blend in 
peanut

butter. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup chocolate chips over 
batter. Gently spread remaining batter over top. Sprinkle remaining 3/4 cup

chips and peanuts over batter. Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted 
comes out clean. Cool in pan.  Enjoy.
