I made that recipe and I will be making that recipe again.  The next time 
though, I think I'll put a large can of kidney beans in after the chicken 
gets broken up and put back into the pot for the last two hours.  
Fortunately I use those rennolds cooking bags for crockpots so it was easy 
to move the bag from the pot and into a container and refrigerate the 
chicken as soon as it was finished cooking.  The thing is though, don't 
eat the chicken cold if you want all the flavor of the barbecue sauce to 
come out and greet you it's best heated for a minute on a sandwich in the 
microwave afterwards and then eaten.
