I would try searching the web site, if there is one, of the machine
manufacturer. Sometimes, they have downloadable documentation, including
the user's guide. HTH.

Sara, my friend has a thermomix and just loves it. It's amazing all the
things it will do such as cooking soups or stewing fruits, using the
entire fruit in smoothies and other dishes. My friend makes her own
applesauce and even uses the core of the apple in the sauce. She makes
awesome watermelon slushes etc. She is from France which is where the
thermomix hails from. She named hers Eduardo.

HI all.
I have recently bought an exciting machine called thermomix which is a
food processor and it cooks grinds kneads chops weighs steams emulsifies
minces and all sorts and I am having a lot of fun trying out new recipes.
However the recipe books are not available in an accessible format so I
wondered if any-one had heard of this machine and has any recipes
addapted for thermomix. Having this machine is encouraging me to do a lot
more cooking from scratch. Also if any-one wants to know more about the
machine please feel free to ask me.
all the best.
Sarah
