One thing about stuffed cabbage is that even if it's made the same way each time, it never tastes the same way twice. A good friend who is no longer among the living always wanted to make and eat stuffed cabbage every day because he wanted to know what it would taste like each time he got to make it. He was first generation Hungarian-American, so he knew how to make stuffed cabbage too.
