Cake Mix Gooey Butter Bars Recipe
Ingredients list of 8 items 1 package yellow cake mix 1/2 cup margarine, melted 3 eggs 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese 1 pound powdered sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla list end Instructions list of 7 items 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix together cake mix, melted margarine and 1 egg. 3. Press mixture into an oblong baking pan. 4. Add a layer of coconut and chopped nuts. 5. Mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over coconut and nuts. 6. Bake for 35 minutes. 7. Cool and cut into small squares. list end.
