Salted Dark Chocolate Cookies - Correction
source: Chocolatechocolatechocolate

makes 2 dozen cookies

1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dark cocoa (I used Hershey's Special Dark)
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coarsely ground sea salt

Sift flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.
In a medium sauce pan, over low heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and
stir in sugars. Add in cocoa and stir till completely blended. Add in
vanilla and sour cream. Stir until smooth and almost all lumps are gone.
A few small lumps are fine. Fold in flour mixture.

Gently roll into rough 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten down as much as you'd like. These cookies will hold their shape.
Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top of each cookie.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let
rest on cookie sheet for a few minutes before letting cool completely on racks.

I also thought these looked fantastic and want to try them as well. I'd have
noticed the missing bake instructions when I went to bake them. Thanks again,
for the save, Momcat! Your a doll!
