DOODLE CAKE WITH FROSTING  

2 c. plain flour

2 c. white sugar

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain

2 whole eggs

2 tsp. soda

1/2 tsp. salt

 

Mix cake ingredients together. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 
degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.

 

DOODLE CAKE ICING 

1 sm. can Pet milk

1 stick butter

1 1/4 c. sugar

1 c. nuts (pecans)

1 c. coconut

 

Mix milk, butter and sugar together in saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes over medium 
heat. Add nuts and coconut. Pour over cake while still hot.
