ALMOND POUND CAKE EASY ONE BOWL

2 sticks butter, softened
6 eggs, at room temperature
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract (lemon or vanilla can be substituted)

Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Pour batter into a 
greased and floured bundt pan or a big tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 
1/2 hours
