That story reminds me of oone of my bad days in the kitchen.
My parents and brother were waxing a floor. Everything was done for supper
except the mashed potatoes. I thought I would make them so supper would be
ready when everyone got home. We were using instant potatoes that night.
Well, I went to grab what I thought was a new box of potato flakes to mix
with the ones already in the pot. It turned out to be grits! They ate it
anyway. LOL.
The point is, we all have those days.

I remember once when I was making mashed potatoes It was one of
those times when the money was short. I was ready to put the
milk in the potatoes and not paying attenttion, I grabbed the
chocolate milk instead of the regular milk.
