Apple Oat Crisp
4 cups tart apples, peeled, cored, sliced
2  tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2  cup packed brown sugar
1/2 stick butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
1  teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375  degrees. In bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Place 
into greased 9-inch  square baking pan. In another bowl, combine remaining 
ingredients, mix just  until combined. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 
minutes, or until  bubbly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
