Hello,
Now that I have my talking thermometer from Blmicemart, does
anyone have a chart of recommended temperature for meat and
poultry. I've usually just judged by minutes per pound, but now
that I have the thermometer, I can check the temperature. Also,
for those of you who have this thermometer, how long should it
stay in the meat to get an accurate temperature?
