Grilled Bratwurst

As many brats as you desire
As many buns as it takes to hold the brats
2 large onions
2/3 sticks butter
2 cans of beer of your choice
1 aluminum pan
In a skillet on the stove, melt butter.  Chop up onions and sauté until
tender.
pour beer into aluminum pan, and then add the sautéed onions.
Place aluminum pan on one end of a hot grill.  Let pan simmer.  Grill brats
until they are approximately 3/4 done, remove from grill and place into pan
with beer and onions.  let simmer for at least 15 minutes.  Serve brats from
the pan.  let remaining brats simmer in the beer mixture until served.
