Yes, correct! All you do is add eggs and you are good to go! Every thing
else is included in this pie mix. I used to, years ago, have a muffin recipe
calling for a spice cake mix and this canned pie filling and an egg.
Somehow, unfortunately, it got lost.

I think the pumpkin pie filling has spices added whereas the canned pumpkin 
is just plain pumpkin puree.

We were trying to bake a cake and it called for canned pumpkin.
We got pumpkin pie filling by mistake.  Is their a difference
between the two?  can you use the pumpkin fie filling instead of
the canned pumpkin?
