Trader Joe's sells lots of "mini" foods ... tacos, tamales, beef wellington,
hot dog on a bun, bacon wrapped scallops, quiches. If you make your own, I
use the Brussels sprouts recipe I sent during that thread. Dip the sprouts
in olive oil, then Italian bread crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven for about
a half hour. Let them cool. Use tooth pics to dip them in garlic mayo.

About two months ago, someone sent a recipe for oysters champagne. Haven't
tried it yet, but it's on my Christmas happy hour menu. Actually, that's
not hot. Your can get chicken drumettes or wings and cook them with your
favorite BBQ sauce or marinade.

Subject: [CnD] Hot Appetizers Needed

I have a party to attend this week and am in need of hot appetizer
suggestions, something a bit festive but which I can put together relatively
quickly. Thanks so much!
