easy Braciole steak
As many of the steaks as serving.
chop up some raisins, with a few cloves of garlic.
Now add some good quality Italian grated cheese and a little bread crumb. You can add a little olive oil to the mix if you like. Now layer the stuffing over the steak and roll up. You can tie the steak with butcher string or use wooden toothpicks to hold the steak together. Now sear the steak in a little olive oil (Canola oil will do). Place seared steak in sauce and cook on low for about 3 to 4 hours.
