1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp.  Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp.  mustard
1-1/2 tsp.  salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup pasteurized cheese spread, or 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese Combine first 11 ingredients. Form into 1 in.-1/2 meatballs, (about 18). Place in lightly butter shallow 2-1/2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350dg for one hour. Remove from oven and stir in cheese.
