Okay,
Here is the pumpkin muffin recipe I made.

It is flourless which, in this case means filling  in a light crust.
They came out of the pan beautifully.
ingredients:
1 and 1 half cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, 1 half cup brown sugar,
2 tsp pie spice, you could use more.
1 cup pumpkin
Makes six regular muffins

preheat oven to 350.
combine sugar, eggs, spice and pumpkin in a bowl. 
combine almond meal and baking powder and mix well.
Ade wets to dries and combine well but don't overmix as they always say.
grease 6 cup muffin pan and put in oven.
Cook at least 20 to 25 minutes until it smells as if it will burn if you don't 
take it out.

Remove,
cool and turn out.
I think they are good now but will be better the next day as flavors will meld.
