Its probably personal preference right to put certain ingrediances in correct? Or if not will that ruin, the dish. I ask this for two reasons, at times at the store where I shop, I'm unable to locate things like yello onion, sweet pepper etc. My next question is What could I use in substitute for something I can't find like cuman for example.
