Well this is telling on myself. Hank is much more organized. He usually sets stuff on a tray and can find ingredients and utensils. I like to set utensils in a certain part of the sink everytime.My biggest problem is I forget and wash my hands with soap and water and well you know how awful a dish can taste after.
