Impossible Ground Beef Casserole
Ingredients:1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1 Onion;chopped 1 Green pepper;chopped 4 oz Mozzarella cheese;grated 3 Eggs 1 1/2 c Milk 2/3 c Bisquick Directions: 1. Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. 2. Layer ground beef mixture and cheese in casserole.3. Place remaining 3 ingredients in blender container. Process for 5 seconds.
