A friend of mine has a mocrowave egg cooker. She says the eggs cook perfectly and the shells never stick. I think it's by nordicware.

It is my favorite. Put a few eggs into a sauce pan that has a lid. Put cold water into the pot to cover the eggs. Bring the pot to a boil. Turn the heat off and cover the pot. Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 20 minutes. Put the pot into the sink , do not pour the hot water out. Let cold water go into the pot until the water gets cold. The eggs should peal without sticking. The eggs are firm, but not like rubber balls. _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list Cookinginthedark@acbradio.org http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list Cookinginthedark@acbradio.org http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list Cookinginthedark@acbradio.org http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark
