Boston Market Creamed Spinach Reduced-Fat
Prep Time: 17 minutes Cook Time: 17 minutes Calories: 180 Fat per serving 6 grams Serves 4 2 10-ounce packages chopped frozen spinach 2 tablespoons diced white onions 3 ounces provolone cheese, chopped4 slices Kraft fat-free Swiss Cheese Singles, quartered 4 slices Kraft fat-free Mozzarella singles, quartered 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar ¼ heaping teaspoon salt 1. Thaw the spinach and place it in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat with the onion. Heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until the liquid begins to bubble. Drain. 2.
