Slow Cooker Rice

Source 500 Heart-Healthy Slow Cooker Recipies



1 cup uncooked long-grain rice

2 cups water

½ TBSP. unsalted butter

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook 4 to 6 hours on low
or 2 to 3 hours on high.
