Hi, Has anyone used dried bell peppers, in particular dried green bell peppers? If so, how has it worked out and where did you get them?
Whenever I buy a whole green pepper, I usually only need one half of one for a recipe and the other half gets bad before I think to use it. Also experience with freezing them?
