The big problem with broth in this recipe is the fluid level. To get it to work you'd want to simmer it down to far less liquid, otherwise the result would be a lot more soupy. You could work with it by replacing the bullion with broth and the canned soup with soup mix powder, but it might require some fiddling. Another option would be to get bullion from a natural grocer like Whole Foods. Without it the flavor is probably going to be a bit bland. The only other option I can think of is to run some canned or cooked chicken through a food processor to turn it into a paste. You might want to experiment with adding some poultry seasoning to it as well.

We had this recipe that called for bouillon but it seemed so salty to us. So what I did was use chicken broth and I would add to that whatever spices I wanted--can't remember which spices I added.
