Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken wings1 cup pineapple preserves1/2 cup dry sherry1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1/4 cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon ground ginger Directions: Cut wings into sections and discard tips or save for another use.
