Pizza Rice Casserole

1 pound ground beef

1 medium-sized onion, chopped

3 cups uncooked long-grain rice

1 quart pizza sauce

3 cups shredded cheese, your choice of flavor

1 cup cottage cheese, optional

4 cups water

Place ground beef and chopped onion in a nonstick skillet. Brown and then
drain. Mix all ingredients in 5 quart slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 6
hours, or until the rice is tender.  Makes 6 to 8 servings.  Mama's Corner.
