I have the same reaction with chinese food.  Maybe you could just use some sage 
in the casserole.

That's what I was trying to find out:  what could be used in its place.  I 
think I'm allergic to msg and thought that was in poultry seasoning.  But I 
could be wrong.  I just know that when I go to some Chinese places and even, to 
some extent, Olive Garden, I have issues soon after eating.  So we thought it 
was msg with the Chinese.  Some restaurants don't use it or you can request 
them not using it in your order.

But I usually just leave out anything I think has the msg.

Deb since you are alergic to Poultry Seasoning what do you use in it's place?
