I am rooting for the commercials this year...and a close game!
Dale's Velveeta Cheese Dip

one large box of Velveeta cheese; about 2 or 3 lb box,
, one can of original Rotel tomatoes, a half cup of milk and a crock pot...

That is all you will need!

Well, of course a couple big bags of chips too!

I cut the cheese into chunks so it will melt faster and toss it into the crock pot.
open the rotel tomatoes and drain then dump in and lastly add the milk.

If you want your cheese dip a little thicker, omit the milk...

I sometimes will also brown a pound of hot ground sausage or hamburger and toss in the crock pot too!

If I need it in a hurry, I turn the crock pot to high...stirring about every 30 minutes or so...and heat until melted, usually about 2 hours or so and then turn to the low or warm setting if your crock pot is so equipped.

if i have time to spare, I heat on low until melted, again stirring about every 30 minutes and then switch to warm setting once melted.

Enjoy!
