Taco Seasoning Mix Recipe | CDKitchen.com

 

This is a great substitute for the packaged taco seasoning you buy at the
store. This version has extra "beefy" flavor. Use it when making tacos,
sprinkle on a roast in the crock pot, or anytime you need a little Mexican
flavor in your meal.

 

Makes a one package serving.

 

ready in:  under 30 minutes.

 




ingredients

1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

directions

Combine the onion, bouillon granules, chili powder, salt, garlic, and cumin.


Store in an airtight container. 

1 batch is equivalent to 1 envelope of purchased taco seasoning mix.  Enjoy.
