Pork Chops And Rice 1 1/2 cups dry long-grain rice
2 cups water 4 pork chops Salt and pepper to taste 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 tablespoon chicken or beef bouillon granules or 1 bouillon cube Spray interior of 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place rice and water in cooker; mix well. Place chops over top of rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, stir together soup and bouillon. Spoon over chops. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat and rice are tender but not dry. Makes 4 servings.
