I've looked for this online but have been unable to find it, so I figured I'd ask here and let the group mind give it a try. Vast multiples of moons ago I got a recipe from a local grocery store's fish market for tuna steaks. The marinade/sauce was apple mint jelly, sour cream, and horseradish. I lost the recipe card in one of the myriad thefts of 2004, and I've been looking for it since then. I remember the tuna steaks were grilled but I can't remember the proportions of the sauce ingredients. Any help will be appreciated. I tried the chain, but they've changed hands three times since I got the recipe, so it's long lost from that angle.
