Creamy Scalloped Potatoes And Ham 6 cups sliced, raw potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 1/2 cups milk 1 pound cooked ham, cubed Place potatoes in 4 quart slow cooker. Salt and pepper each layer. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over potatoes. Cover; cook on high for 3 1/2 hours. Continue cooking 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours longer if needed, or until potatoes are tender. Variation: Substitute 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk for the 1 1/2 cups milk. Makes 6 servings.
