Meanwhile, spray interior of 2 to 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover; cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours, or until the dish is fully cooked in the center. Makes 6 servings.
