Thanks, Helen. It has been this way for a while. I have little time to surf the web and things sent to me directly through email I'll take the time to read, but I don't often have time for links. In addition, many people have older computers, and lots of links don't work with their screen readers.
Also, I love tried and true recipes. I'm much more likely to try something if someone has tried it and it's good! Thanks again, Deb B. -----Original Message----- From: Helen Whitehead via Cookinginthedark [mailto:cookinginthedark@acbradio.org] Sent: Thursday, March 21, 2019 3:46 PM To: cookinginthedark@acbradio.org Cc: Helen Whitehead Subject: [CnD] Gentle Reminder to all Hello list members: I read each and every email you send, and I appreciate all your contributions. Since this is a list for sharing recipes, and from what I've read, from other list members, and also speaking for myself and Marilyn too, we'd prefer that when posting recipes, or any other food related topic, we'd appreciate that you not post links. If someone is taking the time to Google something in particular, I feel it should be shared on the list with everyone! I am happy to look for any recipe anyone wishes to have, and also, I'll post my source, if I remember to do that, so others may want to go and look for other recipes at that particular website. And, in the past, I've also seen list members asking for tried and true recipes. I'm sure we all cook dinner every day, right? So let's see some tried and true recipes. Thank you all for your cooperation.
