Good morning I have a Hamilton beach I purchased at target for around 60.00 dollars It is called an easy reach because the door lifts up over top of it like an old style roll top desk. I have had it for a little over a year and just love it. It has three knobs Top knob for temperature, second for function of bake, broil, toast and finally convection - it stops at each choice as you turn the knob. Bottom knob is timer, maximum of thirty minutes. It did not have to braille or bump dot anything once got used to the knobs. Also, once the timre goes off, it automatically shuts off. I believe you can also set it to run forever so you donthave to use the timer, but never did that. It is great. Also, target had once on display for me to check out and they were very helpful.
