(note: you can use any cheese that melts easily. The star must be Sharp cheddar cheese, grated) 1 cup mayonaise 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional) Mix everything together with a hand mixer. Place in the refrigerator for an hour or two for the flavours to combine.
