Hi Lee, Cookie preses are all pretty much the same when it comes to using them. I would first refrigerate your cookie dough. Then, once the press is loaded, the trick is to press down, a shooting motion, then to hold for a couple of seconds in one place till the shape emerges from the press. I just learned this, so I thought I'd share. LOL. I have worked successfully with the Wolfgang Puck cookie press offered on home shopping network. Subject: [CnD] Cookie Press?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for opinions and advice. Have any of you used a cookie press successfully? If so, is there a particular brand that you'd recommend?

I'm not a fan of rolling out dough but I'd like to make Christmas shapes for my grandkids.

Lee
