Wrap a potato in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes, Depending on the size of the potato. Unwrap, cut open, scoop out and mash the pulp, and dress it up with Anything you want, a little cheese, sour cream or Plain yogurt, salsa. Enjoy.
