Thin Pizza Crust Pamela Fairchild who is sending this has not tried it but it looks easy enough.
This is just the easiest pizza crust recipe I know, and it tastes pretty good too. It is a thin and crispy crust instead of a deep pan type. I use it to make frozen pizzas for my kids. Sift Together: 2 cups of flour 1 TBS Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt Rub in with your fingers until it resembles bread crumbs: 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine Stir in to make a soft dough: 2/3 cup milk (Look Mom -- NO yeast!) Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Roll out to fit your lightly greased pizza pan(s), add sauce, cheese, and topping. Bake at 450 ºF for 18 to 20 minutes and enjoy. To freeze, Build your pizza with all your toppings, wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw for 20 minutes before cooking. I'm totally blind, so though I'd prefer a Tried and True recipe anything I can make without sighted assistance will be enough. I have a Kitchen Aid with a dough hook, so that might help in knowing what can be done here in dough preparation.
