You don't want the one with buttons and knobs unless you want to use a sighted person or an app to help you use it each time like Aira or be my eyes, you want the plus that you can have someone help you label then have a cheat sheet to use it. In regards to the most accessible air fryer, I viewed a few websites that focus on accessibility and forums where the public offer their opinions and have included some of the air fryers that they used and what the users had to say about them: A forum called Groups.io had two separate Tech Talks about air fryers. An air fryer from QVC was mentioned as being a good option. It is the Cook's Essentials 5.3-qt Digital Air Fryer w/ 10 Presets & Pan. The user states that the buttons are tactile and arranged in a circle. A second users who uses a Cook Essentials air fryer says that use it often and that "Once you get the hang of the various presets and controls, it’s very easy to use if you are willing to learn the buttons and their functions." Another user mentioned that the used a Faberware air fryer and says, "It has simply two dials one for temperature, and one for the timer. The timer is maxed out at 30 minutes. The user did not state specifically which model he used, but I did see a Faberware air fryer on Walmart's website that had two dials. There was a podcast on Cool Blind Tech where the hosts talk about tech that they discuss their cool picks for the week. One of the hosts, Nelson, talks about using the T-Fal Actifry Express. He says its simple to use and dishwasher safe. It has 3 button on the back to use (a power button and two buttons related to the timer-does not have a temperature button to change the temperature). Nelson says that the temperature it cooks at is about 350 degrees fahrenheit and has a stirring mechanism in it. I wasn't able to find the exact model he spoke about but did find a T-Fal Actifry with two buttons (a power button and a timer button). I was not able to confirm the temperature setting of the air fryer. There were a couple users in the Groups.io Tech Talk forums who also mentioned the Actifry but did not give more specifics regarding the model they owned or offer any opinion other than it had two buttons.
