I've long felt intimidated by the formal and academic nature of things
at our main drupal site. I think we suffer for it in some ways, by
creating a high bar for participation. I don't think any of us would
think of blogging about our holiday or other non-topic posts. But my
understanding of cooperation is that we need to build affective
connections by way of both on-topic and off-topic engagement. To that
end, I invite you each and all to drop by

and put in your two cents worth. Say most anything, talk about the
weather, your health, where you want to see Coco go, where you want to
see it not go, whatever. I've called this "mudpies" because I think we
will benefit having a place to share that is only barely more serious
and permanent than the wiki sand box. So come on over when you get a
chance, and say "Hi" or whatever else seems right at the time.
