Suresh, Thanks for sharing this. I think that you are right that more and more real world processes will move into online processes. I think it could be useful to do some of these experiments with open source tools, too, which is what we've been doing at htttp://communitywiki.org over the years, and docuementing there (particularly with Ting meetings).
