I have been watching/reading your emails ever since I asked to be a part of this. I think the point that Mark made about not having a centralized locus, etc. is an important one. While I am very unaware of all of the efforts each of you have made on this project, may I humbly make a suggestion for addressing the need for a centralized locus for the group?
I am active in Second Life, both personally and professionally. I am creating a presence for a non profit Friends of a National Wildlife Refuge on a piece of land I own in Second Life. I am also involved in the Second Life Round Table group. Therefore, I am wondering if any of you have considered using Second Life as a way to create a forum and place to meet for members of this group. Just a thought - this is a very important concept/project that needs to be pursued.
