Coot now fits on the screen of the eee (and hopefully other netbooks
with 600px high screens) with the full toolbar!

To get coot to fit on the tiny screen, there are two requirements:
- firstly, you need the latest build. Bernhard has implemented code to
automatically resize the icons to match the screen size.
- secondly, you need to pick a desktop theme which does not put too
much space between icons in the user interface. There are two suitable
themes available on ubuntu-eee, called 'Glider' and 'Mist'. You can
access these through System/Preferences/Appearance.
Note that I have also hidden the top and bottom bars.
