After that, I tried to install coot.i686 using yum. This time I got some
warning and error messages. Apparently the 64 bit and 32 bit packages
conflict with each other.
My motivation for doing this is that I hope to get parrot & buccaneer
working, and those appear to be distributed only as 32 bit executables.
I thought the 32 bit clipper libs &tc might be useful for this, but I
can go ahead and set up a full 32 bit installation of CCP4 if necessary.
