Hi All,

If, in Coot, I want to study two molecules A and B superimposed on each other
with their maps superimposed too, then I'll first have to use the LSQ superpose
to move B over A, then use the same transformation matrix on the map of B. I do
this in Coot by Extension -> Maps -> Transform map by LSQ fit and then specify
A as the fixed molecule and B as the moving molecule and then specify that the
map of B needs to be transformed.
This does not seem to be working? Is my method incorrect? Please help.
I'm using Coot -0.6.2-pre-1.

Thanks very much.
